Return Policy

 

We at Schill Art want you to be Happy with your New Artwork,  and give you 15 days from delivery to contact us at CustomerService@SchillArt.com with any issues you have about your order. Please include your order number in the subject line of your message, and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. 

Returns

If you would like to return an item(s) please make sure that:

  • It is within 15 days of delivery.
  • Any returned item is in its original state and condition.
  • All tags are still attached.
  • All original internal packing is included (i.e. protective wrappings, garment bags, etc.)

Then email us at CustomerService@SchillArt.com. Please include “Return” and your order number in the subject line and the reason for your return in the message body.  We will email you a return number with instructions and address for completing your return.

Please note: Returns must be shipped at the customer's expense to Schill Art, with a printed copy of the return number email for inspection and approval. Schill Art is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged by the carrier, so please ship returned item(s) with a tracking number and insurance.

After we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will email you the approval status of the return. If the return is approved your refund will be credited to the original method of payment, less the cost of original shipping.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to credit your account.

In case of damage

As soon as possible: 

  • Take multiple photos of the packaging and the item(s) within.
  • Save all packaging materials.
  • email us at CustomerService@SchillArt.com. Please include “Damaged” and the order number in the subject line and a brief description with photos in the message, and we will email you as quickly as possible with further instructions.

In case of a misprint or defect

If it is within 15 days of delivery: 

  • Take a clear photo(s) of the misprint or defect.
  • Save all packaging materials.
  • email us at CustomerService@SchillArt.com. Please include “Oops” and your order number in the subject line of your message, and we will email you with further instructions.
